A Virtual Mailbox is a service that allows you to access and manage your postal mail remotely.

It comes with a real street address where you can receive mail and packages. You can access your postal mail through our app or on a browser as long as you have a working internet connection.

A Virtual Mailbox offers:

• Security by having an alternative address to shield your home address, especially if you’re starting a business from home, as well as better immediate and secure storage options for postal mail and packages to deter mail theft and porch pirates.

• Flexibility by providing access to your postal mail, wherever and whenever.

When mail arrives at your virtual mailbox address, you will receive a notification of the delivery.

On the app or on browser, you can then select actions such as opening and scanning the mail contents, forwarding them to a different address, or shredding or recycling them.

You can also schedule to pick up your mail items at a time that’s convenient for you.

Anytime Mailbox features include mail scanning, mail and package forwarding, secure mail shredding and recycling, and mail and package pickup scheduling. Select locations offer check deposit.

Yes, you can receive both mail items and packages at your virtual mailbox address.

Your mail items are delivered to a secure, staffed location and kept in storage until you pick them up or have them forwarded to a different address. They will not be left outside on your porch or mailbox, where they are vulnerable to the elements, mail thieves, or porch pirates.

Anytime Mailbox uses secure, encrypted servers over a 2048-bit SSL connection. For further security, we will never send images of your mail items through email–this is only done on our secure platform, which you can access through our web portal on browser or on our app.

Virtual Mailbox operators also comply with the USPS rules and regulations to keep your mail and packages secure.

To receive mail and manage it through the app, you may need to complete a USPS Form 1583 to provide permission to do so.

You can view your postal mail online by logging in to your Anytime Mailbox account on a any browser on your computer or laptop, or on the mobile app on your phone.
